I will never be using this company again,I wish I had read the reviews before buying. My food mixer never worked properly from day 1 after many many phone calls and emails they picked the machine up which we had to pay postage on. We received it back in the same condition that it went in and still not working ,so after sending videos of the machine not working yet again,I asked for a new one.(which took months to agree too) but it was under a 1 years warranty. So the new one was delivered to my bosses house and didn’t get to me till a few days later.I opened the box and the NEW machine so they say was cracked in two places , So emailed again with pictures, they said sorry can’t do anything now as we should have reported any faults within 24 hours so that’s it I now have new cracked mixer. So hence this review, don’t buy anything from this company it’s not worth it ,their customer service is terrible.

Given the amount of negative feedback this company receives I thought it only fair I tell people of a good experience. I needed a new Mixer and Stand, Easy equipment had a Buffalo GL190 250 cheaper than the nearest competitor. Having read the reviews I decided to purchase anyway as the stand couldn't possibly be inferior and there was great saving on that alone. So the stand arrived within 3 days as advertised but not the Mixer. I emailed the company who quickly and professionally responded apologising for the delay but the mixer was actually being despatched that day. As promised the delivery agent called and arranged delivery. The Mixer arrived in perfect condition, professionally packaged and as good as anyone could expect. A slight delay in actual delivery but nothing any reasonable person could not live with. All in all great communication, a fantastic price. I'm delighted with Easy Equipment.

We have had terrible experience with Easy equipment Table delivered had been damaged and they would not refund us or exchange as they said we should have inspected the box when the courier was delivering it The box looked perfect so there was no need to look inside the box. as soon as we opened it it had been crushed and the corner of table was broken we immediately send photos to proof it Never got a respond I rang and all they waffle on about is terms and conditions nothing like we are sorry or how can we help you make this right We got an email they would give us 10 refund as a goodwill gesture as the courier is not taking responsibility I agree with the courier as I don't think they were at fault I think it was put in the box faulty and they would not admit they could be at fault Customer is king not in their eyes they are king Do Not deal with them

Like other peoples review on here. SHOULD HAVE READ THEM FIRST. Do not use this company. I ordered a counter top fryer, on opening the delivery box found it had been used and party taken apart. Emailed and phoned easy equipment, they are trying to blame courier for damage?? NO refund or replacement after asking. Still trying for refund, all I get is there taking it up with courier. Wasn't going to give any stars, had too, to leave a review. On going.

The most diabolical company I have ever dealt with! Purchased the Modena MVC01 Vegetable Chopper, after it arrive the machine spat out oil into the food when I used it for the first time. It then continued to clog when chopping onions or potatoes. After raising this with Easy Equipment through what I can only describe as a terrible experience with customer service I provided the below photographs to them and they simply accused me of using the machine incorrectly and refused my refund even though it's well within the 30days to reject the good under the consumer goods act 2015. I'm raising this with trading standards just now but the company is a joke and the best advice I can give anyone is to stay far away from them!
