Really nice place. Very quiet but within easy reach of so many interesting places. The people and staff are very nice and really helpful. Lots of nice walks or bike rides. Walking distance to pubs and good food. Easy reach of bus route to villages and towns including Macclesfield and Stockport. There is a Marina just a short walk away plus a deer park and Lyme country house which is well worth a visit. Lots of wildlife too I spotted twenty seven different kinds of birds including four different kinds of finch, woodpeckers and even a sparrowhawk. The nearby town of Poynton has lots of places to eat and interesting shops. Enjoy
