Eastwood Chinese Takeaway

Outrageous customer service from this place, 2 weeks ago we waited 1hours 15 mins for delivery to then be told they thought we were collecting??? They then realised they were wrong and delivered ASAP!! And then this evening we ordered at 18:39, at 19:45 I called up and asked how long it would be to be told it would be another half an hour unless I come and get it myself. Shocking customer service, the manager didn’t want to talk to me either and said she would knock 1.50 off as compensation, When the food did turn up it was warm and wasn’t nice. Last time we order from here!!! Disgusting

Recommend-food fresh/clean and not greasy at all - being a fussy eater it’s hard to find takeaways I really enjoy... I've always rated this Chinese restaurant but since reopening after lockdown its even better, don’t think I could eat a Chinese anywhere else but here now - staff are very friendly too :)

Would’ve given minus if I could . The Worst Chinese I’ve ever had ! Don’t even go there , bland flavorless unseasoned food and over priced. Pork tasted funny, noodles and food had little to none seasoning and I don’t say this lightly , I did try post on TripAdvisor to get out to the wider public , But not even on trip advisor that should’ve been a red flag ! AVOID AT ALL COST . Have pictures to back up my review but can’t post
