My 8 years old daughter had some skin issue. Dr. Julia Francis prescribed her two ointment to be applied for 9 weeks . Past 6 weeks , she was asked for a check-up. I did not get an appointment when I contacted them. The skin issue worsened in the meantime , I asked for online advice but to no avail. At this time after spending so much time and resources , I will might need to change doctor/facility. Very bad experience.

Worst, Junk front desk. You won't get any reply. Believe me or not i am trying for medicine refill (just oinment) past 10 days continuously even after several calls and voice message but didn't heard back anything. I never seen such a pathetic service from any medical providers. Definitely i will switch to someone else.
Best Dermatology practice on the East side. Caring and professional, doctors see their patients at the scheduled time. Wouldnt go anywhere else!
I saw Doctor Simunovic. She was very polite and helpful - I would recommend here to anyone. Service was great. they could use a few technology upgrades... Maybe text reminders and a better website/ way to book appointments. Their receptionists are not the best at answering the phones.
