I broke a tooth on Christmas Eve and was pleasantly surprised to be able to get an appointment in January. I was a little apprehensive before my appointment due to COVID, but the whole process from arriving at the surgery, to the treatment I received was seamless and very professional. The dentist who treated me was very good and reassuring and I was delighted with the treatment I received.

Been with this dentist for years and had cancellations over and over again for the past two years at least! Not only that but the few wonky teeth which I asked to be straightened like 6 years ago (they told me would straighten themselves out) have not done what they said and now as I have left education I will have to pay full price for this service at a private dentist. I am now concerned that the issue with my gums i have mentioned for the last few years will not 'sort itself out' like they say. Do not use this dentist if you can help it.

I have had x2 scheduled appointments cancelled and phone in Oct needing fillings x3 big holes was told lack of ppe was an issue and only emergency appointments were being done then !?I now have more issues and am desperate for treatment!!!! Pre COVID I thought this surgery was very good but I was told that they’d /you would be in contact to treat me please advise !?!? Jonathan Riley

Me and my children have been with this dentist for the last 3 yrs now and they are so lovely and welcoming. Camilla is a lovely, patient and understanding dentist and with Shannon puts myself and my 8yr old and 5yr old at ease. Yes they have had some cancellation issues the past year but I asked about this and they assured me staffing has been rectified. Please don't let past reviews out you off! I recommend this practice 100%
