We absolutely loved having Holly photograph our little Covid wedding this October. Throughout the whole process she was so lovely and friendly we felt like we had known her for years. Having known Holly for over 20 years, we knew that capturing the memories of our big day was in the safest of hands. Because she’s the best. And her distinct style and her eye for natural, intimate moments meant we knew the story of our day would be beautifully told. Although many of our friends already knew Holly, most of our family didn’t. But Holly’s warmth and charm and an informal get together on the eve of the wedding, meant that by the morning of the big day, everyone was at completely at ease and relaxed in Holly’s company. As a result, aside from the group shots and when we slipped away for some pictures of just the two of us, we barely noticed Holly moving through the day. So we and our guests were just able to relax, take it all in and enjoy ourselves. A week after the wedding, Holly sent us a sneak peak at some of the images she captured. And although we knew she was an amazing photographer, the shots we received were more than we could've hoped for. These pictures, and those that followed, brilliantly and evocatively captured so many special moments from a fabulous weekend, and will accompany us down the years, whenever we want to be reminded of the best of days.
