Thoroughly enjoyed our takeaway tonight of perfectly cooked authentic Chinese food (plus chips and curry sauce). Great value. A Jesmond institution.

Probably the best restaurant in Newcastle I ran out of superlatives!!! My wife and I have never eaten finer!!!!! They made our anniversary!!! The sefvice is fantastic really got on with our waitress who was attentive though not obtrusive as were her colleagues. The food is beyond description the chef even ran out of words!! The uncooked steak pie!!! Was a deconstruct based on steak tartare but OMG what a starter the pastry tuille on top hid the stunning level of flavour that means clearly every steak I have had was seriously overcooked. The wife's kipper was just amazing the flavours out or this world. The food is just a Turner on a plate the art and design would have titian envious because the flavour takes it to a whole new level. I can not recommended this restaurant highly enough 5,stars are not enough
