I placed an order for an indoor gas heater package at 4pm in the afternoon. By 8.45am the next morning it was up and running in my house. VERY reasonable prices and the order process was simple and fast. I can't quite believe what a great service this company offers. I obvs need to get out more. Everything from the guy on the phone telling me my order was 9 minutes away to the delivery driver. Fantastic speedy, professional service. A great product too. Can't fault this company and would highly recommend.
Eastern gas is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend their services. We get tanks for our gas BBQ delivered from them and if we happen to miss a delivery they will try their hardest to leave the tank with the neighbors. Otherwise they are always on time, handle last minute deliveries well, and are courteous and polite on the phone. The driver even showed us we were over charged on our invoice which I thought was honest and commendable as well. Looking forward to the cooler months where we will definitely be purchasing an out door heater from Eastern Gases.
What a great Company to deal with. I bought a patio heater with gas and cover. All in all a great price and quality product. Will recommend confidently. I put the heater together myself, which took a while but very straight forward. Its very robust and sturdy. I got it in white and it looks great in my garden. I can wheel it away when not in use. The cover is pretty good quality too, although I probably won't cover it until winter. Thanks Eastern Gases - your customer service is class 1.
A fantastic service from start to finish. Easy to use, helpful website through to excellent and efficient delivery all in the run up to Christmas. Excellent and rapid confirmation to ensure I had exactly the right products and gas and then rapid delivery following specific instructions to the letter. not to mention and excellent product.
