Very Poor customer service, tried to negotiate a price and got asked if I ask for free food when I go out to eat!! Got passed around like a yoyo, initially ordered masala fish, Seekh Kebabs and spicy biryani! Delivered roast chicken instead of fish, tried telling me whoever placed the order asked for roast chicken, when I placed the order myself and asked for fish, the owner didn't even offer a discount for the mess up on the order, I wouldn't recommend Eastern Catering!!! I would have let it go if the food was nice, however food was tasteless, chicken was dry and the biryani tasted more sweet than spicy, there was more rice in the biryani than chicken.
Absolute appalling attitude, telling a customer that knowbody likes channa chat the way you like it is the customers fault! Its the customers fault that you dont know how to make it properly. Food was ok ish but service and good attitude does matter.
Top class catering service. Highly recommended ! Very tasty food ! Absolutely delicious !!
