I have bought Indian food from here for over 10 years and the food is getting worse and the customer service is terrible. On the 24th 2020 they managed to mess up a meal by only delivering the curry, and forgot the rice and naan bread we ordered but because it was near closing time they did not answer the phone nor want to resolve the issue. I'm personally tired of dealing with the attitude and very bad customer service from them and wouldn't recommend.

Excellent food last week so were going to have another tonight. The food was hot and very tasty and excellently priced and the staff were very pleasant.
I have used this Indian takeaway for over 20 years, by far the best in Blyth
Lovely food
Have been coming to Eastern Balti for over 20 years. The foods always lovely, the owner is a nice genuine guy who always has a chat with us.
