Very good showroom and selection of tiles. Helpful staff and not pushy. We borrowed several tiles at a nominal cost snd later placed our order.
Verh helpful and knowledgable. Good advice given to resolve a tiling problem we had.
Wandered around the store for about 30 minutes looking for tiles for our hallway. Not once did anyone offer assistance or say anything at all. We had to ask for a sample when it should have been offered. I wonder how many customers you have lost through your total lack of customer service. Here goes another one.
