In August of 2020 I decided to try Complete Health in Eastbourne after they were recommended to me. I wasn't sure what to expect however, immediately upon arrival everyone was incredibly welcoming. During the first appointment Patrick puts you at ease and it quickly becomes clear how passionate he is about his work. His genuine care for patients shows in that, alongside your treatment, he will want to try and find any underlying causes for long term and sustainable results. He is very easy to talk to and is always happy to offer advice or resources if needed. All the staff at Complete Health are fantastic and friendly. After each appointment I feel so much better and brighter, both physically and mentally.

I've been going to the clinic for more than 6 months now and I can definitely say that Patrick made a real change about my quality of life. The clinic has been recommended to me and after having a huge back pain, I decided to try it out and what a journey! I can see a real difference now, my posture is better, I'm not having knee pain anymore and my back feels fine. Patrick is taking the time to understand where the issue(s) come from and to explain what to do in order to make you feel better. It's such a great experience and I will recommend Complete Health to anyone!
I was receding treatment at my old chiropractor for 3 years and received the same adjustments every time but never felt any better. I then decided to come and see Patrick and after my first appointment immediately felt a lot better. I have now been with Patrick for over a year and wouldn’t trust anyone else to adjust me! Patrick is professional and knowledgeable but also very kind and cares deeply about his patients ( I don’t need to pay for a counsellor!) . Unlike my old chiropractor Patrick will focus on the cause of your pain/ issue rather than the just treating the area of pain which I have found is the biggest difference between him and others I highly recommend Patrick and the rest of the staff at Complete Health :)
Well, where to start! I had been having chiropractic treatment at a well known clinic in Brighton for 2 years due to a bad back. I thought the treatment I was having was excellent until I met Patrick. Patrick took the time to thoroughly analyse what was causing my back issues (X-rays, posture analysis etc) , explain in detail the steps I needed to take to help myself and provide treatment that was far more effective than I had been receiving. On top of that he is incredibly knowledgeable about the human body and what causes the issues within it.
Patrick’s positivity and enthusiasm have been almost as helpful in my journey of improvement as the physical adjustments. He provides an excellent service in which I feel total confidence. He has been treating myself and my son and we are both feeling the benefits of our weekly sessions with Patrick. I would definitely recommend Complete Health to my friends and family.
