Wish I'd had the same good experience here, that it seems other have. Got sold wrong brackets, they didn't even know what I was talking about. Morticed Arris brackets, Google it, it's simple. So then the refund process, two guys standing around chatting, no of course not, they can't do that. So have to wait indefinitely for a \qualified person\. Worst customer service since moving to Eastbourne. Shall drive further for better product selection and customer service next time.

Needed a piece of timber to make a shelf, guy cut timber to size for me really good service. Really good value for money homebase could supply same but 3 times the price. So pleased with this place went back 2nd time for second time guy cut piece of timber for me. Very reasonable prices. Very good quality timber.

Have damaged my mother’s garden fence and broken the corner stones on the drive. Driver decided to bring vehicles between two properties when no room to do so. Update: we have spoken to them and it is being investigated.
