Ellen was an angel sent from heven. From the moment I reached out to Ellen, she made me feel like family. I knew which car I was looking for and did a good amount of research online to compare those models. After searching all day, running into sleazy dealers who had overly inflated prices, I got a phone call from an old friend. They felt sympathetic, and while hesitant to share her with me. They agreed to give me her number after I agreed to not share her with to many people. Without even needing to negotiate she gave me a number alot lower than what I was expecting. She made the paperwork painless and I received my car the following week. As if everything wasn't good enough, a few weeks later I forgot how to change the engine and steering modes on my car. Luckily I received a call from Ellen to see how I was enjoying my new ride. I explained the issue and she help me figure it out in less than 5 minutes! I couldn't be happier with the service and level of care she gives her customers. 20/10 - would reccomend - I'm a customer for life!
