Absolutely rude and no help at all looking for help and advice on unpaid council tax I owe and to come.to a payment plan agreement and the woman I spoke to told me to stop moaning and just pay it and started raising her voice totally disrespectful and then just said OK bye and put the phone down on me . Waited 5 days for a phone call to be talk to like rubbish and not to be listened to disgusting
Took a lot of pushing but the council have finally said they are going to investigate the reports I've made.
Don't lease your property to the council....they will leave it in a filthy state and needing many repairs.
They penalise honest people for honest mistakes. I received a parking ticket at the beach carpark in Southwold for failure to display a valid ticket. I had a valid ticket for the time I was there and I did display it, the council were sent proof that I had a ticket for the time I was there. However, I guess the wind moved it and I didn't notice because I was in charge of my 3 year old daughter in a carpark. They did not accept this and I was forced to pay a fine. I think it is wrong to penalise honest people for prioritising child safety. A valid ticket should be acceptable against a parking ticket.
