It's a landfill. The people writing negative reviews are just stupid. I called WM they told me the exact hours exactly what to do where to go. The lady at the scale was a delight. I paid 121 and left with dirty hands and a clean truck bed, exactly what I expected.

On 8/21/20 WM was suppose to pick up a small couch. As of 8/29/20 the couch is still sitting on our driveway! We have called at least 10 plus times and each time they have lied to us or said they would pick it up. We have tried to talk to the dispatcher and supervisor but neither one has called us back!!!! I have never seen a company run so unprofessional and non-responsive. The worst was WM lying too us on several occasions . WM is unapologetic, rude, not helpful and out and out liars. Unfortunately we are stuck with this company. I don’t expect to hear from WM to resolve this problem. Don’t know how this company stays in business!
No way to reach anyone on phone except for 4, none of which lead to an operator to answer my question. What does it cost to drop waste? What kind of waste can be dropped? Window air conditioners? An old piano? That’s what’s in my load today.
Just terrible for your regular Joe just trying to get rid of a pickup truck bed of spring cleaning. Too expensive and too cumbersome getting where you need to go.
The driver has littered by dropping trash and leaving it laying out in front of my mother's yard as he did today 9/23/20 also he manually emptied two smaller recepticals and left trash in both of them that he could clearly see was still there.
Haven’t personally went yet, was able to connect to a call center by calling WM main phone line, however they did say anything under 1 ton is 111, no appliances and pay with debit/credit and unload yourself.
Quick and always and always on time
We went on a Saturday morning for a hand drop off. To get to the drop off point, you must go much further than you expect, across a bridge, and past a vehicle garage. Minimum cost per drop off vehicle is 95, which we found rather high for a half-bed pickup worth of garbage. I believe drop offs on-site are tailored more for contractors who have access to larger-bed trucks. None of this information is available on their web site and they dont have a phone number listed.
