I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment, like they ask. I was the only one in the waiting room, three patients showed up after me, and were taken BEFORE me! After being there for an HOUR, I went to the office person, expressed my anger with the situation, and rescheduled for the next day. No one came out to explain that there was a delay, or why I wasn't taken at the time of my appointment.
