Airport itself is fine, what you would expect. This is about the corona testing offered by the Collinson Group. As tests within 48 hour of departure are necessary for fly to many countries. Collinson can't then ONLY offer an online web inquiry form (which it says can take 6 days to answer) for when you have an issue with test results not coming etc. Having this contact number anywhere online would have saved a lot of time and stress so I wanted to post it for anyone else who has problems with their test at EMA.

I mean its really great of you are looking for short haul travel. No issues what so ever. Perfect place for an airport if you are from the Midlands (especially Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire or Leicestershire).

Nothing open (shops) to buy things like milk on our return. We could not get out of mid stay car park even though we had paid in advance, could not call for help at the barrier and ended up having to go back to the terminal to get help. We were helped by very good and helpful staff from Jet2 who contacted the carparking to let us out.

Excellent airport, small, quick and efficient... the staff were very friendly even going through security they were human and not treating you like the local drugs cartel...lol...! Highly recommend this airport. Staff in cafe were fantastic at cleaning the tables and keeping us safe...xx
