The prices are up there, but so too is the quality of the workmanship. Clothes I've bought from here don't fall apart or lose colour over time, so they're worth every cent. Staff are always super helpful and friendly.

Called by today simply because the presentation was immaculate. I had some time to kill and I knew my friend works in this company across NSW. I was really impressed with the staff, their service and presentation. I used to work in retail myself, there is a fine line between feeling pressured into a sale and being helpful. Whilst I didn’t need to buy anything and simply was excited to che k out my friend store I felt really comfortable and looked after in this beautiful store!

Perfect Customer Service! I took a friend to try on a suit that he needs for a wedding. My friend was being a royal pain in the backside but the ladies dealt with it great. While the lady working was multi serving the lady from the Kotara store who only ducked in to say hello began helping us with what we needed. Huge shout out to her for doing that on her own time. The lady working there got us multiple sizes to try and helped us with exactly what we needed. She even helped fit the suit and is sending it away for us to ensure it’s perfect - she did this all while multi-serving on her own. I could not be more happy with how knowledgeable, kind, and genuine their service was. Never had better :)

Great staff. Good product for us bigger boys! It was nice to go into a clothes shop and not be harrassed every 30 seconds about if i need anything. I enjoyed being asked what i needed, showing where to find it and then being left alone. Will definately shop again.
