two days ago was our first time we came to that restaurant. But It is surely not the last time. We passed a splendid evening with the good service, with the great meal and booze and with the friendly price. We will no doubt go back there soon.

A really amazing Texas style BBQ joint in East Los?! Oh yeah! I'm a fan of delicious meats served up big. This family owned and ran business did not disappoint in portion or in how incredible everything was. I can tell there's a lot of love that they put into this place. From the food to the quite and laid back vibe, I enjoyed. Got the Pit Master Combo that's good enough to share or gorge on your own. It comes with a pork rib, chicken, Angus beef brisket, and a pull pork slider plus a choice of a side (went with the coleslaw).The brisket was nicely prepared, tender and juicy. It was my favorite on this huge plate. For the chicken they use leg and thigh. I could taste the smokiness from the skin on through to the meat. Pull pork is Texas size slider. They stuffed that bread with plenty of BBQ'd shredded meat. Just the sauces themselves shows that they are experts on how Texas BBQ (aside from their meat smoking skills) should taste. Excellent bold combinations of smoky, spicy and sweet. But not to overpower the amazing smoked flavors of the meats cause just a drizzle is all you're gonna really need. A definite recommendation for anyone, from anywhere, wanting yummy Texas BBQ in SoCal. One of the best I've had in this state. I say skip the corporate chain Lucille's and taste what truly is good ... in the hood ;) and support this wonderful, local, family owned gem. Double win.

The lady who answered Christina says they changed from 3 Ribs to plate to only 2 cause they have a New vendor, and they’re much Bigger! So you get 2 ribs a small side and 1/2 of roll for 15! I was desperately craving ribs, so I fell for her SCAM! She lied BIG time! We spoke to the owner and she was not sorry, and even justified them lying saying that’s business! Not worth it!

Delicious sandwiches, definitely coming back! Tried the Angus Beef Brisket mouth watering , and the pulled pork hit the spot! Enjoyed it with a Root Beer Faygo compliments to the Chef Manuel Thank You!
