Gave me absolutely NO help. Tried calling about a ticket I received. Online, it clearly states to call the law enforcement agency that issued the ticket. Ummm, it's at the top and says \Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.\ Not only did she say she couldn't help me, but had no idea who could. Not even a \please hold and I'll ask someone\ .... nothing!
