Although the store had a good selection the staff on the other hand is a different story. We were looking for a certain item and kept getting bounced around. 8 appeared nobody really cared the guide us to the right isle. I got the feeling thr staff there is simply just passing time to collect a pay check I not offering any customer service.

Walked through the shop for nearly 10 mins looking for help. Even made contact with one of the team who told me he was in the middle of something (thats fine)... but eventually ran into Stevie who was a freaking hero. Dropped everything to find us exactly what we needed, even to the point of getting a cherry picker/lift to get the ones from storage. Honestly, from reading the other reviews, if this store had more Stevie's, the Lowe's world would be a better place. The other service people at the register were nice too.

I purchased a Dewalt planer from this store online. First of all they didn’t called me when it was ready for pick up. After a few days I called them and a lady answered my call and rudely told me that it’s in the store and ready for pickup. I took it home and opened the box and I was so excited about it, however after I turned it on it was too noisy so long story short I decided to buy a Makita planer instead. When I went to the store a lady who name was Paris ask me why you want to return, I explained to her and she rudely asked me why you used it. She told me she needs to ask someone else to approve the return. She brought the first person and after I explained he said to Paris it’s okay to return it. She wasn’t happy and she brought the second person and loudly explained to that person I used the machine and now I want to return it, second lady also approved the return and again she wasn’t happy and brought the store manager and again loudly explained to the story manager. Store manager was a nice gentleman and approved the return as well for the third time. The whole story took about 30 minutes of my time while my family was waiting outside for me. I always buy stuff from Home Depot and I never have had a problem like that when I needed to return something. I highly recommend that you go to Home Depot until they train their staff with more customers service skills.

Made an online order for curbside pickup and their website forces you make a half hour appointment to get the items you purchase. Show up, call them to let them know I was there. \Someone will be right out\ I was told. Waited 20 minutes, call back, and they has no idea I was there. Waited longer... don't waste your time with this store.
