We have been to Yew Lodge before but not for Sunday lunch.As before food was amazing as was the service.What we liked was that we were not rushed at all.Social distance was in place as was hand sanitizers.All in all lovely way to enjoy Sunday lunch.Grounds are worth a walk they have done a wonderful job keeping it looking good.we will be back. Molly/Geoff

In this time of lockdown it's great to have somewhere a family can walk and picnic on their own. The grounds are great for walks and it looks like a great place for a wedding. Once again thanks for letting locals use the grounds.

Beautiful grounds with a good modern evening area. Only a few rooms are good. Its a shame the rest are poor, with the amount they are charging you would have thought they would fix these issues and even maybe add some modern touches. Some rooms have heating issues either to hot or no heating at all. I could have put up with the poor mattress if they didn't have broken spring which created terrible noise every time you move. With some small improvements this would be a 5star easily. I witnessed the owner & son being quite rude to a number of guests I think they would be better working away from direct customer care. The lady at reception was brilliant always very friendly and helpful.

One of the most accommodating venues I have ever been to. Had to organise a small last minute wedding and they were absolutely fantastic and so responsive. The food is fabulous and you can tell a lot of love and care has been spent maintaining the grounds and the country house. It was the perfect day as a result. All I can say is a huge thank you to Paulina, Peter and Nicholas
