These guys did a fantastic job repairing my Focus RS, including perfectly matching the paint which I had been worried about. General communication and customer service were also excellent - friendly and kept me well updated on progress. East Grinstead was not the first garage my insurance suggested to me, but I deliberately asked for a list of several as I know not all garages are the same - and ended up choosing EGCR because they were the highest rated, and sure enough I wasn't disappointed. I would therefore happily recommend them to anyone finding themselves in that same situation of dealing with insurance repairs.

I have just collected my car from East Grinstead crash repair and I'm very pleased with the quality of the work carried out not over priced promptly carried out friendly knowledgeable staff socially distanced of course an overall excellent service I cant rate them any higher. Thanks guys
Quality work done to my vehicle. Long waiting time but worth it, the repair came with a 5 year warranty. They could improve by keeping the customers a bit more informed of how things are going.
Required a quick simple job and Rohan and the team pre-ordered the part so not to inconvenience me,, called me when in and fitted at my convenience. Great service
