My daughter was scheduled to see Dawn Gerdes (nurse practitioner). She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and patient. Our whole experience from scheduling an appointment to interacting with the office staff was phenomenal. Everyone was polite, professional and friendly. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Michael Fleischer is an absolute delight to visit and an incredible doctor. He's incredible at relaxing children and interacting with them while working his medicine. Dr. Fleischer is conservative when it comes to surgery and will present lots of options before going down that path. The instant he speaks with you he begins to earn your trust. Once word of caution if you're English is not fluent; you can speak quite fast and you might not catch everything he says. In that case, feel free to ask him to slow down or repeat what he said if you can't come with a second parent. Even the office girls that work his administrative operations are courteous.

Rude ass staff ! I made an appt on Friday 11/04 for Monday 11/07 at 12:30 PM to see Dr. Michael Fleisher .When making the appt they asked what insurance my child had and confirmed everything without saying I needed a referral. I got there 15 min early and they said I needed a referral, I told them that I would call her dr and asked to be sent by fax and they said if it was sent in less than 15 min they would still see her. So they sent the referral I go back inside to let them know and then the Spanish girl that works in the front desk was facing back the window scrolling her facebook on her cellphone, I told her that they sent and she said she didn't received anything. I see her checking the fax machine and putting something down, then she comes back and say that we would need to reschedule for another day . The only reason my child needed this appt was for a prescription for bladder spams. Then this rude ass nurse called PAT starts screaming from the back saying that my child would not be seen without a referral and the dr would not be able to charge my insurance without that and would be against the law to see her lol . I leave the office only to find out the doctor was not even in the office yet, I see him coming and told him about what was going on and he said come with me at least I can give you a prescription. So I go on the elevator and he goes on the stairs by the time I get to the office this rude ass nurse PAT is at the door with him saying that he cannot see my child and she already told me to come back another day. The doctor turn his back and say nothing I can do. Sorry . Now I ask myself why this stupid B* tries to rule the office and the doctor? Funny how no one was working until the doctor showed up ! Bunch of unprofessional people that only cares about insurance and not the patient. I hope they know if something happens to my child because he refused to see her I will sue his ass and this stupid nurse !
