Absolutely amazing company, I convinced myself I had bed bugs so called this company and they came out really quickly. They are very professional, and did a very thorough check of my bedroom etc. Very nice, friendly people, also gave me some good advice about the dreaded bed bugs. Very reasonably priced compared to other companies. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again if I ever needed to. Put my mind at rest and I will sleep well tonight!

On hearing a rodent running around in our floorboards, I called East Anglian Pest Control. Richard came within 2 hours and identified areas where the rodent could have entered my house. Poison was left in 3 areas in the house where the rat could reach it. Helpful advice and follow up appointment included in the price. Richard was friendly and professional who I would recommend his business to anyone.

Richard was great, easy to deal with, very friendly. Very knowledgeable, honest and up front. Called me back even at the weekends. Great overall service and we would have no qualms about using again.

Very professional, knowledgeable and an extremely thorough service. The first spray did not completely work so came back out free of charge the second time round which completely eradicated the flee infestation. Worked around a time that suited us too which was made the whole process smooth which helped massively especially with lockdown and a toddler. Would highly recommend! Thanks again.

I asked Richard to visit my elderly mum to look into potential insect problem at her house, and he couldn't have been more helpful or charming. He also took the time to call me after the appointment to update me. Thoroughly recommended!
