One of the old reception staff is a bit strange, probably because she don't know how to deal with distressed owners, but the vets are fantastic and a lot cheaper then any other vet. I took one of my dogs in today to be PTS and I dealt with a female Asian vet who was absolutely lovely. No rush, all very calm, gave us time to grieve. Lovely people in there.

I called this morning for an appointment for my sick cat, Maggie. They fitted me in today. I got there early and the vet called me in within 10 seconds of checking in. He was lovely; very good with Maggie and sorted out her treatment quickly. I was in and out within about 10 minutes with no stress to Maggie at all. They’ve always been great here, but today the best ever. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and their prices. Thank you.
Always friendly, and knowledgable. So far my pet has had two visit's and I have no complaints.
