The food selection is good. The shop owner does not wear a face covering and talks a lot, so the shop is not very COVID-safe. Also the same guy talked at me at length about how vaccines are not so good and the virus not so bad, in a form of unstructured monologue. I asked him to stop and he did not. I started crying and he still did not stop. In the end I had to walk out in the middle of transaction. Luckily my parter was outside and could finish for me. I will not be back, for sure not during the pandemics, not worth the risk. Even though it will be inconvenient as this is our closest organic shop.

If you want the truth about nutrion and disease the Earth food shop has the power to change people being tricked by misleading information by cancer research and heart disease that fund the very sytem we exist to sell the public short of knowing the truth- that a whole food plant based diet reverses heart disease cancer as explained by T. Colin Campbell and Esselstyne who have cured their patients of heart disease look at the book it is the most comprehensive study on Nutrition and disease reversal ever conducted by the scientist who sought integrity to always tell the truth with no funding from organisations. The plant based course is where you need to go to seek where the truth will save us from the unnecessary need to ever again damage the endotheliums integrity with the magic nitric synthase in only greens not in a pill. His clinic is proof of testiments of no need for cholesterol drugs to reverse type 2 diabetes and heart disease. Always question why are we sold the lie that the optimum diet is inclusive of igf 1 growth hormone factor that stimulates cancer growth as explained by Colin Campbell and also who explains it's not chemicals that promote cancer growth it's the animal protein only found in animal protein look up the study of the China Study online it is what matters for your loved ones to protect them from these diseases which we have power to reverse if we desire to do so.
A good place to go for various natural products! However, the old boy who owns and works at earth foods is nice but has slightly fantastical ideas about certain subjects, like alkalizing the body to stop it being too acidic which can cause X,Y & Z issues, wouldn't surprise me if they were part of the flat earthers!
Highly recommend! Every I required ordered over the phone and due to self isolating even delivered. Friendly and extremely helpful service and reasonable prices. Order received within one hour of delivering. Will be coming back very soon . Thank you
very very good, they have it all and the environment is very nice inside
