I've been seeing Autumn every two weeks for the past year or so and it is the highlight of my week every time I go. My stress levels have drastically reduced and she is able to effectively treat whatever else is going on. I cannot recommend her enough, acupuncture is truly life changing!

I started seeing Autumn at 36 weeks for birth prep acupuncture. And my experience couldn’t have been more amazing! The acupuncture and acupressure protocols are extremely effective in preparing the woman’s body and mind for labor and delivery. I had an extremely successful and swift 4 hour homebirth. But beyond this, Autumn is so caring, helpful, and easy to talk to. Her approach is so delicate and conforms to your level of comfort. I loved my experience and will continue to see her for general health and wellness!
I started going to autumn about 1 year after trying to get pregnant and it was amazing! She felt more than an acupuncturist. She listened and always helped in any way she could. My cycle was short and I started taking tinctures and it helped get my cycle to 28 days! After about a year I went to a fertility clinic and learned I had a low egg count so we went ahead with ivf. Autumn saw me throughout that journey and was incredible!! The embryo took and I truly believe that autumn was a part of my ivf being successful. I had a great pregnancy and saw autumn the last 6 weeks of my pregnancy to prepare for a natural birth! My sweet baby boy Calvin came and he is the best!! I can’t thank autumn enough for everything she has done for me! I will see her again when we decide to grow our family!
