If I could eat Carbone's Pizza every meal of every day I would. That, of course, would require adding an additional eight hours to every day just so that I'd have the time to work all of that delicious thin crust pizza off. But it would be totally worth it...

Ordered thru Uber Eats, which Carbones confirmed as received via the app. 2 hours later, after the driver had been waiting there for 30 minutes, the order was canceled. My bro called to ask what happened and the manager said they don't suppprt Uber Eats which is BS as they are STILL listed and confirming orders right now. When I called earlier to check on the late order, the woman put me on hold three times then asked me about someone else's order. Moral of the story: Hire someone remotely capable to handle the phones amd orders, and take accountability for YOUR screw-ups.
Awful. They offer coupons to order online, but you can't order anything with them online! So I call to ask about it. They said to just call in my order and I can use those coupons, except the 10% off for ordering online. I say I'll get my order together and call back. I call back and it's a recoding telling me their hours and covid stuff. Supposedly they're open, aren't closing for hours. Then the call is gone. I thought I was still waiting for someone to pick up. So I call back, and same recording, and it hangs up. 4x I try. That's it. NEVER GOING TO A CARBONE'S AGAIN! You'd think they'd make it as easy as possible to order. There's a lot of choices out there. Ridiculous.
This is one of the older \original\ locations but still and updated, clean dinning are. Take out, delivery, or eat in, there is room for groups and its hard to beat the Carbone's pizza anywhere. Good parking right in front.
