Our family in North Shields have used Turnbull for many years. Martyn took great care of us when our Aunt passed away recently. All emails and messages were responded to quickly despite what must be an exceptionally busy time for undertakers. This was very reassuring for us as we live 150 miles away from Shields. The funeral was professional, calm and our Aunt would have been very pleased with how things were handled. Thank you Martyn and your team.

I would highly recommend Sharon and her team. Very professional, friendly and approachable. They looked after us from start to finish when my Dad passed away, and explained everything clearly regarding covid restrictions and rules. Hopefully it will be a long time before I need their services again, but I would not go anywhere else.
Sharon and her team were second to none. We had attended a family funeral 12 months earlier and were really impressed by the professionalism of the female funeral director (Sharon) on the day. We were also aware of the personal touch she had provided the family along with some good advice whilst discussing options. Sharon and her team did a wonderful job today . They could not do enough to make my dads day special . From organising chapel, minster, acknowledgement and personal flowers.On his final journey Sharon walked in front of the procession and on 3 separate occasions Sharon got out of the hurst and walked Past poignant Places in my dads life . As I have known Sharon for a long time this was very moving and over and above what we expected . Sharon you made our family so proud, my dad would have loved it
