They came out within the hour and fixed our boiler leak. Very much appreciated as it was during a cold spell. Engineer fixed another problem with the boiler too. Can highly recommend.

Booked a boiler services weeks in advance no one turned up. When I rang said they had tried ringing to re-arrange but said phone was switched off which it wasn't as received other calls that day - re-arranged for following week morning appointment but didn't arrive until early afternoon. No complaints about their work just their time keeping
Had a radiator valve leak, out within the hour and all resolved quickly. Top stuff!
Very expensive. Won't listen to customers concern which is a shame
