David was very difficult to communicate with, originally I put this down to him being in a bad mood, but it turns out that he is always in a bad mood. Maybe he is just bored with the job. I cannot comment on the quality of his designs as we didn't get to that stage, we learnt early of his difficulty with communication which was a good thing. Totnes has plenty of good architects and it has not been difficult finding a replacement. Cannot recommend E J W I'm afraid.

I am now working with David at EJW on our second project. He is a very talented and experienced architect. A good listener and patient teacher to boot! The first project, a modern conservatory has been a great success. With his knowledge of the planning process we have now obtained planning permission for a second, more ambitious project. I am over the moon that we have got permission for our full vision and I put this down, in a large part, do David's input and considered approach. Thoroughly recommend EJW.
