This is their new building. They have computer and photo machine for extra fees where u can fill the form, print some things. They will not guide applicants in any form. They dont commit any timelines. Absolutely no help apart from filling out form or printing some receipts. When i went there were only two people before me. No rush. They even dont check what documents we have submitted. They just pack all documents and send them to canada consulate in vienna, astria as far as i know.
Had a great experience with VSF Duesseldorf for a PRTD. Communication was clear, everything happened very fast (receipt of my application -\u003e submitting to Canada -\u003e sending back, etc. everything smooth and tracked and FAST). All the responsibilities that laid with them were done very efficiently. Negative - the website is not extremely clear as to what is required with an application, which fees you need to pay, etc. which could cause delays. Would be better if the website could be more clear as to the requirements and the process per application type.

very poor service, very unfriendly staffs. They can not speak English properly. They don't give any information on any question. I'm not sure even if they have any information at all!! Their only response to any question is \I don't know\. Even I asked if I can take a biometric photo in this VFS , she said we don't take photos here. Later I understood that they have a photo booth and I missed that because of her stupid response. I'm sure that she didn't even understand my question. In addition, whatever you give as a document, they put in a pocket to be sent to the embassy. They don't care at all if you miss something or if you have unnecessary documents. they are taking everything and with a fast look, all in a pocket, that's all!
