No photos 8nside for obvious reasons. Lovely serene setting next to a lake. No better way to kick off your shoes and relax after an exhausting week.

This place is beautiful, the views breathtaking. The service, particularly from the waiting staff in the restaurant is disappointing (to say it politely). We entered the restaurant to order drinks and my friend was wearing a cotton beach dress... Which she only put on to order drink and then take off once she was outside again. Several of the waiting staff then proceeded to tell her this wasn't sauna appropriate material and she couldn't wear this inside. When we said it was only worn to walk into the restaurant and out they still said you are only allowed to wear a bathrobe or a towel but not this cotton fabric... So she had to go change into her towel and come back to pick up the drinks. Rather than just saying it's ok for her to wear this whilst she ordered a drink they purposely went out of their way to get her to follow the rules just for the initial two minute activity of ordering a drink. Yet still - none of the staff could explain why what she was wearing to cover herself up was inappropriate... Way to ruin a moment that could have been a pleasant experience. And a sad example of how Germans always care more about following the rules rather than focusing on providing good customer service.
The atmosphere, the choice of saunas and the Balinese holiday feeling - just great!
Vabali Spas are always an excellent choice - Düsseldorf is no exemption! The whole place is very welcoming and already the entry is well organised. We came in quite early so no queue, but know from past Vabali Spas can be very popular so no surprise if a bit of queue in the lobby. Overall place is fresh and clean, many options of saunas, some pools and other services. Outside pools can be a bit cold winter time, but otherwise very nice. Total experience is good - starting from changing room, where couples can share the locker, to a good sauna program.
Clean, well designed, lots of open space on a beautiful lake, 6-7 saunas with a very nice chill area, delicious restaurant at reasonable prices. Great staff, very friendly!
It's a very clean and relaxing environment with nice staff and a lot of areas to wind down. It is however quite pricey for what it is. It's in a similar price bracket at The Well, Oslo or Therme Erding, both of which are far superior in all areas. There isn't actually many pools. Two which they have are outside and not heated very well. Only one steam room compared to about 10 saunas. The whole place is essentially sun loungers or beds. No jacuzzi or whirlpool. Generally a bit of a let down. Could very easily be made a lot better. Bring your robe and at least two towels and a water bottle too. It is about 30 minutes on the bus from Dusseldorf and day ticket will cost 18 for two people.
just got the best relax here
Amazing place for relaxing. Good food. You should also try the outdoor massage :)
