Dear TLScontact. Why you don't have a phone number to contact you. I made a Visa application 15 working days ago(27.11.2020). I checked in your Track My Application website and it shows that my application was already transferred from de DMC to VAC. I really need to know when my passport will arrive. I already sent a consultation through your contact form. I already received a automated response, which states that I will receive a answer within 3 days. That doesn't work for me because I have a flight tomorrow 17.12.2020. And I need my passport.

I'm not sure how to review this agency as there are different sections and divisions involved. I applied via online and as several people mentioned at the current time there are some really unclear services being offered and charges that are not clear as to whether or not you need to pay them. I, as well as others have probably paid for more services needed just out of fear of not being able to process the paperwork based on a technicality. There is little to no contact with this service as even trying to call them is additionally charged. I have deducted a star for the pain of the online service and technical issues of the website. For the staff at the offices, everyone was wonderful. From the door porter to the receptionist and the staff, they were pretty great and helpful. I really appreciated that and made the entire process very quick I must say pain-free. Most of the stars I would actually give to the VAC... honestly i attended on Tuesday in Dusseldorf, Saturday i received an email that it arrived at the VAC in UK, and Monday morning that they shipped the passport back. From Tue - Thu next week (total of 6 working days) i had the passport with the visa in hand. P.S. The new visa is not as pretty as the previous ones
