Check in place is separate and other side of the city! When i arrived for check in, receptionist couldn't find my booking and documents. Finally she called someone and figured it out. For the room: It is ways worse than you can see it on photos. Receptionist gave me a paper for how to access the room. You need get in a building, walk pass the corrdior, go downstairs to the car park... Furnitures are really bad, smells terrible. Kitchen is dirty and old. Dusty furnitures. TV has 9 channels and none of them are working. It uses terrestrial antenna! Second night they took my extra pillows! I always use 2 pillows because of my sickness. Finally toilet! They did NOT empty the bin in toilet. There was dirty things from the previous stay. Bathtub had hairs and dusts. In the facility utilities it is written that there is a hairdryer but NO there is not!
