Negative: Not enough staff- long time waiting, the car i received wasnt cleaned properly without enough washer liquid (warning light turned on after 10 min). Long time waiting, and i received a car with sport seat which was too small, they ask for more money to upgrade to a higher class for a normal seat. Positive: Good collection of cats which is expected for the price you pay
