They gave me an appointment 2 months later. I went to the appointment and the guy told me in 2 minutes that they couldn't fix my bike that I should go somewhere else. Terrible service.

My experience has been neutral on two occasions I have visited their store. I wouldn't say they have a bad service but wasn't just satisfactory for me. On the positives: Their staff are willing to walk you through the bikes they sell, explain and clarify your questions. However, they appear way too professional than being friendly sales staff. I wanted to purchase a child bike which was costing me some good money and requested them to fix the fenders. I was surprised to hear that they will charge me additional 30 to fix those fenders !! Really?? 30 for fixing 4 screws? Note that fenders cost was on top of bike, which is fine. They were anyways suppose to build the bike after taking it out from the package. They still offered me to give away the bike stand worth 15 for free, which I appreciate. I guess they firmly stick to their store rules. I expect a bit more consideration and flexibility from a business if they want me to keep coming back to them. If they had waived me off these charges to fix the fender, I would be happily doing business with them. Instead I ordered the bike online directly from the manufacturer. In return, I got a better customer service. I am sure, I will order bikes online directly as my child keeps growing and need new bikes. One must remember that main reason anyone would visit a local bike shop is to get a better service.

Leider waren die Mitarbeiter unfreundlich, ich habe mich als Laie nicht gut beraten gefühlt, musste vor Ort lange warten und auch bis das Fahrrad fertig war. Sehr hochpreisig und am Ende zumindest die für mich ersichtlichen Teile von minderer Qualität. Ich bin mit einem guten Gefühl zur Werkstatt gegangen, werde aber sicher nicht nochmal hier Hilfe suchen.

Ich kann nur sagen, dass sie teuer und mit Preisen unrealistisch sind! Sie haben meinen Innenreifen und das Licht insgesamt 80,00 Euro gewechselt, und mein Fahrrad kostet vielleicht 120,00 Euro, keine Logik! Ich empfehle diesen Shop zu umgehen!
