A big incident in this SAUNA. Rude staff! Masseur MARIUS, working on friday and sunday, mentioned himself a holistic masseur (see picture and text on the bar of this sauna) is stealing from his clients! SO TAKE CARE!!!!!!! I went with my friend to the police because the sauna said we are not responsible? How strange they facilitating the massages. Responsible is a person in Berlin, JURGEN, but didn't pick up the phone. We ask the police o investigate.
My first visit this week...friendly guy on reception. Nice and clean. Hot showers, nice jacuzzi with waterfall! 90 deg and 60deg saunas. both very impressive. Steam labryinth was very dark once into its curious shape. Good looking guys in there happy to play 2 or 3 guys together!!! Great to see most guys fully shaved and 25% of them wearing cockrings! A fun place to play fully naked!!!

Friday 6 April in the morning, very rude staff & unfriendly at all , you need to train your staff to be friendly & polite , otherwise you will loose you customers
Dirty locker. Staff very rude, arrogant and impolite. That is probably standard in Dusseldorf.
