Well. My experience wasn't that good. I rented a transporter car to move a bett from my apartment. Wenn I arrived there to pick up the car, I was informed that is not possible to rent it for the above reason and that they are only renting if the customer purchases something from the obi market.I mean, It is ok if that is the company policy, but that didn't come up either on any of the online steps to rent it nor in the email that I received for the reservation. I was left there with a manager refusing to rent me the car and with a bed needing to be picked up. How was I supposed to know it? Why wasn't I informed at least at the email that I recieved confirming my reservation?
