I decided to go with Lot Jonn because they were super fast at providing a very clear and straightforward quote on the services. And they also had good reviews! I hired to move from Düsseldorf to Nürnberg. Unfortunately I didn't have an overall good and smooth experience. We were supposed to start 08:00AM but they arrived 40min late with a HUGE truck even though I had listed my items and they had quoted me accordingly so didn't understand why the massive truck. They loaded my things in the truck and late afternoon they arrived to Nürnberg with a different van so I can only assume that before leaving Düsseldorf they switched trucks. No major issues there. Two days later while looking for something I realized that I was missing two boxes and a backpack. I immediately called them and they said they \were going to call\ to let me know about this but they never did and for some reason waited for me to call them - who knows if they would have ever called me. They agreed to send the missing boxes and backpack the following day. A week later I recieved the missing boxes and to my surprise the content of one of the boxes was opened - only to make everything fit into one DHL box! To me, this is an absolute invasion of privacy and I did not appreciate the fact that the box was opened as I was expecting to receive everything as it was originally packed. Mr. Ismaili was always super responsive whenever I called him several times asking for the invoice or for the status of the packages. His responsiveness was good and calmed me down a bit but overall I might have been unlucky compared to the other reviews but I cannot say that I had the best experience while using the service.

Lot Jonn! conducted our moving from Brussels to Dusseldorf, and we were very satisfied with their services. Communications was friendly and professional. The quote was clearly structured with no hidden remarks. Our moving included disassembly and reassembly of all furniture and was scheduled for two days. Due to appointments on the following day, it was important to us, that the moving would be finished on time. Lot Jonn kept word and managed to do so. Everybody seemed motivated. There are cheaper moving companies out there, but we can recommend Lot Jonn!
This is the third moving company that we have worked with in the Düsseldorf area. They moved us both out of our previous location and into the new one (local move). By far, they have been the most professional and the best that we've worked with. We would highly recommend them. Although the first company was not note worthy, it wasn't bad either. The second one, a \high-end\, popular moving company in the Düsseldorf area with red trucks started out ok but turned into a nightmare after the fact, when they caused some damage in the house and refused to take care of it. They also had some questionable billing practices and were willing to conduct all business in English until it came time to sign for the goods and of course, when a potential claim developed. Lot Jonn was aware of our previous moving experiences and proved to top all. They were very timely in doing the walk through and provided a quote very soon thereafter, adjusted it as requested, and were punctual both for pick up and delivery of goods. The \boss\ was on-site both days, several times, just to check on how things were going. The moving staff was polite, fast, professional and clean. They were attentive, personable and hard-working. The equipment looked new and well maintained The follow-up after the move was also very good. We will absolutely call them again if we find ourselves moving again. They are willing to work in English (which we prefer for contractual obligations) and of course, German.
Ich bin im Januar mit Lot Jonn von München nach Düsseldorf umgezogen. War sehr zufrieden, nette Mitarbeiter, alles hat gut geklappt. Termine und vereinbarter Preis wurden eingehalten.
Ein ganz tolles Team, man kann nur zufrieden sein. Alle waren sehr fleißig und haben zur vollkommenen Zufriedenheit gearbeitet. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!
