The first voucher i bought was defect, so i contact customer support and tell them exactly what happened i provide both serial number and voucher code the guy tells me that the problem is resolved and the amount will be added to my balance shortly, it doesnt so i buy another one and activate one of the packages. The next day i get an answer from a different person that doesnt have access to my previous conversation(by email) and tells me he sees that i have an activated package so this is were my credit went, i explain everything all over again and the guy completely ignores every point i make. I provide proof (emails) that confirm that i added credit to my balance before they even tried to resolve the issue, this also gets ignored and i just get vague answers as everything is as it should be.

Loool they will steal your identity the will want to make a video call and than they say your documents are not recognized but they will steal your identity.... Be carefull

Tried activating my SIM, only to be told by the video conformation service (a 3rd party) that Lebara does not accept USA passports. I have tried multiple times to call customer support, but unless you are adding money to your balance there are no options, they absolutely refuse to connect you to an actual person. Absolutely horrific.

Had problems with sim card, they could send me a new one in one-two weeks. When I decided to change mobile operator, found out that Lebara wrote my last name in other language's alphabet. No shops or service available. You can only contact them via the Internet or customer phone line. This company will test your patience.

There is no such office. I wanted to enquire something about my sim but totally disappointed. There is no board saying that there is a Lebara office in that place. Nevertheless, the so-called office is located close to the river Rhine, so i enjoyed the view and saved this trip to Dusseldorf from becoming worthless.
