Had a late breakfast here of tomato Mozarella toast and a pancake, together with coffe made with almond milk. The food is excellent, the service good and friendly. We sat outside on the pavement - the only outside table, there are a few more inside. This will definitely be a permanent fixture on all future visits to Düsseldorf, can't recommend it highly enough.
Photogenic Avocado Toast... Your first warning that this is an upscale hipster cafe. nothing against it (the avocado toast was, in fact, quite pretty looking if a bit bland in terms of flavour) but as somebody who simply doesn't feel it's acceptable to charge 10 for a sandwich no matter how trendy/healthy/or beautifully presented it is I'd recommend giving this place a pass unless your budget allows you this occasional \luxury\ On the other hand, Greentrees has pretty delicious birchermüsli I would definitely consider coming back for.
Great cosy place. I just hope it was a bit bigger. Great ambience and the staffs are very friendly and kind. They also speak english for the non German speaking friends here ;)
