It's a small store on Schadowstraße, however their staff's friendly disposition make-up for their limited range. Perhaps this owner is not quite as high up on the rungs of the franchise ladder, as Fossil's new seasonal lines take quite some time to reach this store's shelves. Having said that, this store will still keep your attention as you shop for watches, watch accessories, bags, purses and wallets, and their staff are helpful and friendly too. A plus... some of them will even assist you in English! Bonus.

Worst possible experience of my life. Very rude behavior by the lady at the cash counter. On 28th November 2020 I had a very bad experience Fossil showroom Schadowstraße 20-22, 40212 Düsseldorf. Firstly, me and my wife went to the showroom on 27th November 2020 and bought a wristwatch for my wife. While making the payment in the cash-counter, the lady over there requested me to do online registration to become a member. I registered myself on the spot through my mobile. While I was making the payment, me and my wife observed the lady at the cash counter is a bit rude in her behavior. However we ignored it. We went to the same store once again 28th November 2020 with my family (my wife, son and daughter) to buy 2 more wrist watches for my son. While making the payment, I asked the lady in the cash counter (the same lady) that “Will I get any advantage as I registered myself yesterday.” She replied that, “Hundreds of people come to my shop everyday. I cannot remember everyone.” And she was very rude in her reply. I told her that, “That is fine. You don’t need to remember me. Can you please answer to my query?” She replied me very aggressively, “I don’t understand your question.” Then I repeated my question and also requested her to speak a bit softer. Suddenly she became so angry and told me that she won’t sale watch to us. My son then talked to her and told that,”My father only asked a simple question. Why are you becoming so angry?”. Then the lady in the cash counter replied to us ,”Now you have got 2 options- either you leave the store or I will call the police.” Then we told her that, ”This is a complete discrimination and you cannot behave like this.” Then we left the store. This incidence was very frustrating for me. I was do down for last one week. I couldn’t concentrate on my work. My son, who is only 16 years old, is also very disappointed with the incidence. Personnel was really nice, and the offers Fossil gives - 50% on any new watch if you bring in your old one - is hard to beat. What was missing? The cash register refused to work for at least 20 min. The exact same thing happened to me two weeks prior.

Worst shopping experience ever. The staff needs to take someg training on how to deal and serve customers. I visited this store several times and bought two watches. In my last visit, I asked one of the girl to see a watch, first time she ignored me, after a second call, she came and told me "How many times did you tried this watch!!!!" She was unhappy to serve me, yet it is my first time to try this watch. I asked for the manager, she then accused me that I am aggressive and I have to get out of the store or she will call the police !!!!!. First time I have been in this situation..... what a shame.....

Please dont buy from here. Staff is rude. 1st time purchased a watch, it stopped working in 2 weeks, exchanged it, then stopped in 12 hours, again submitted for one day, got back the watch, and it stopped in 4 hours. The store staff does not want to talk. Moreover they say they have rights to not return. Even we as customer has right to return.
