I’ve been waiting 1:45h for my dinner to arrive. I called the restaurant about 30 minutes ago and they told me “it will arrive in 5 minutes”. We’re still waiting and no one contacted us to tell us nothing and the Lieferando APP says it has already been delivered... But it’s obviously not. I ask for a full refund and will of course rate this amazing service. Thank you.

Food was late and bad. Pasta was so greasy, it was swimming in oil. Also the artichoke pizza tasted like it was contaminated with some chemical taste like chlorine - I’m not sure, maybe the preserving agent from olives or artichokes. It made me feel unwell after eating.

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht verstehen, ich bestelle fast jedes Wochenende bei Food Factory und war immer zufrieden. Am meisten schmecken mir die gigantischen Burger, weiter so!!!!
