For the price of 100euros I didn't feel the service was good. After 24 hours we hadn't received any information, luckily we were able to contact someone. They were very nice, but explained the email with the results don't work but she already had our results. She explained how we could see them on the website and we then received the email (right after the phone call). It was a bit strange and a bit stressful as we had a flight the next day. If you have to use them make sure you check the website after 24 hours (don't rely on the email) and have a contact number ready to call them in case you can't find your results.

I wouldn't advise you to use Eco Care if you need to travel abroad. They don't provide a Certificate which can be used in front of authorities. They provide a PDF that a 5 year old can draft. I ended up missing my flight as I didn't have time to perform a test elsewhere. Support team is also not responding to queries. Check some other place and save your money.

Absolutely terrible in handling of the Corona test results. Been waiting for over a week. Got the results, but hadn't received any password. Not possible to reach the hotlines. No email response for days. On top of all not even proper spelling in the emails, incredibly unprofessional

Ecolog International is doing th PCR Tests at several Airports for the Amt für Gesundheit und Umwelt and it is unbelievable how bad their service is. There is no response since days - even if they told us that we will be informed 48hours later. No chance to call them either. It is the worst service ever and i am not sure who selected such a company (that is not even situated in germany). What are you guys doing? I understand if there are technical problems, but not talking to the people and inform them is just a bad joke. you are destroying more than you think (work time, kids at home, people not willing to fly anymore - because of your unpredictable service) Its a shame. UPDATE: THE CALL CENTER GUYS ARE VERY FRIENDLY (if you can reach them).. the problem i see is, that Ecolog is making a lot of money and poor Call center agents need to in the line of fire (without someone to really ask whats going on). Even more SHAME ON YOU..

Very unprofessional, absolutely not reliable, worse communication and totally overstrained with any topics what came up. Horrible management. One of the worst experiences I ever had with a company. I can everybody recommend not to choose these company for any services!
