Viswatez Repakula

Had been there because of damaged pedal rod, but they couldn't find one replacement for me. When I asked if I could buy such thing in Real supermarket, then they realised that I am going away from them.....and got me a pedal rod, which they had indeed! Got my work done! But idiotic service!

Sie haben mir zwar ein Ersatzteil recht kurzfristig besorgen können, waren aber echt mürrisch und unfreundlich. Meiner Meinung nach ist der Chef eine Diva ... Als ich bemerkte, dass ich das Teil doch nicht benötige, war an Rückgabe nicht zu denken, obwohl der Kontakt am Telefon bestätigte, dass sie dieses Teil regelmäßig benötigen würden. Ich gehe dort nur noch hin, wenn es nicht anders geht!
