I only needed the gear adjusted and was given an appointment and a 15 euro bill. went to collect the bike and was given a 65 euro bill and was told that they fixed the gear, had to change its cables, the tube was punctured, so they had to replace it too, etc etc. they said they didn't have my phone number, but I showed them on the spot that in fact it was under my name in the billing paper. aftter the mess, I ended up paying the agreed 15 euros and collected my broken bike and walked off. if you want to pay quadriple bills, this a fantastic shop to go to

I bought a brand new bike in that store and few weeks later a lock. They offered two different locks and I did chose the shorter (less expensive; about 12 EUR) one as it looked not so heavy. I left the package in the store went to my bike to try it and noticed that it is a bit short. Returning to the store about a min. later asking if they could swop it with the more expensive one. They said as it was taken out of the package and the package is broken, they cannot take it back. They were even talking rude to me asking questions like why I would have taken the look out of the package. I have never experienced something like that before, especially not as a regular customer. How can you treat a costumer (a regular customer) like this for a 12 EUR item, losing the customer and at the end future profit. I walked out but was really frustrated. I went back and to tell them, that this way they would lose a regular customer. The answer to that came directly from two sales people in the store: \that's okay if you not come back\. To all reading my review, pls. avoid this store, if you like to be treated respectful.

Avoid like the plague. Bikes are borderline ok, after one year with mine I found some poor finishing touches. After sales care is horrible. Not answering the phone, not answering to emails and when you walk into the shop I find 3 staff chatting and having an ice-cream.

I wanted to buy a bike. I knew exactly which one I wanted and first I went to look for myself if they had it (online stocking info is terrible) I found the one I was looking for and went to the info to get help to buy it. No one cared about me standing there waiting for service and they noticed me right away and turn away from me. Two workers started complaining about their work hours and how they were coming in late the next day and both walked away. Other clients wanted to take a bike right away and the service guy said they could pick it up tomorrow because they could set it up anymore... this was at least 45 minutes before closing time... so I turn around and walked away. I'll be ordering my bike online where at least I don't have to hear about working hours and who'd turn it is to help a costumer. It was one of the worst experiences I've had in Germany. If you want to buy a bike look elsewhere or try the other lucky bike store. I bought there a bike for my daughter and they were nice and helpful.

I bought a bike on Monday, and they told me to come and pick it up on Tuesday because they were going to check the bike to make sure that everything was working. On Tuesday I take the bike home, and first thing I notice is that the back light does not work, and that the bike manual has the first page broken and was all twisted. Maybe it was a mistake, but one really wonders if they checked the bike at all before delivering it to the client. Anyways, I went back to the store on Wednesday to get it fixed. I asked the guy who took my bike if he could also give me a new bike manual and he immediately gave me and my girlfriend a nasty face and said: \it is just paper\. This kind of behavior is not acceptable. If he would at least been smart, he would have waited until we were out of the store to make this face and this kind of comment to his colleagues. Not only I had to deal with a completely disrespectful shop assistant, but also absolutely no one working there apologized for delivering a new bike that was not working properly. If you are looking for rude employees and a poor bike service, this is the store that you are looking for in Düsseldorf.

I ordered an Sunday bmx 2019 on 4 july.They told me to wait maximum 2 weeks,after 2 weeks i went to Take my bike and guess what,it wasn’t there,a guy with a hat that was working there told my dad he will call to the center and call him back in 10 minutes,after 1 day,my dad went there and he tried to hide from my dad telling him he was going to call him right now,he told him that a mistake was made at the center!Don t buy from this guys,they are not credible and serious.
