Very bad treatment of non-German speaking customers. Explaining in English the possibility to attend only 3 months course without mentioning that customers need to cancel the contract if they don't want to continue (even if they signed it ONLY for 3 months!). Not answering to cancellation emails... As a result we need to pay for 9 months instead of 3!!! P.S. I'm not angry. I think it's just not fair to inform differently before signing the contract and then repeating that it was in the contract. I see that you react very fast to the complain but unfortunately not so fast to the cancellation. I don't blame anyone, I just wrote my experience.

Ein tolles Schwimmbad! Alles, was die Kinder brauchen, um ordentlich Schwimmen zu lernen. Die Kurse eignen sich auch für Erwachsene, die schwimmen lernen möchten/müssen oder ihr Fitnesslevel erhöhen wollen. Die Anlagen sind sauber und gepflegt. Nettes Personal! Kann das Schwimmbad uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Komme seit über 2 Jahren hierhin und gehe immer wieder mit einem Lächeln nach Hause. Die Trainer*innen sind alle super freundlich und der Kurs macht auch sehr viel Spaß! Absolute Empfehlung :)

Dieser Kurs ist echt zum heulen. Das Kind hat Seepferdchen gemacht und hat sich total gefreut. Als wir an der Theke standen und das Kind sagte das sie Seepferdchen gemacht habe wurde nicht mal gratuliert. Ein stumpfes " schön" hat sie als Gratulation bekommen. Als der Schwimmpass übergeben wurde gab es nichtmal ein Seepferdchen Abzeichen. Angeblich wurde es vor 2 Wochen bestellt. Das Kind war sehr sehr enttäuscht und traurig. An dieser Stelle nochmals vielen vielen Dank das ihr es geschaft habt die Freude eine 6 jähriges Mädchen dermaßen zu zerstören. Übrigens, das Abzeichen könnt Ihr behalten !
